Our Website Prices and Descriptions
All our prices on the website are in GBP sterling, so if you are ordering from overseas, you may want to work out the exchange rate and any charges which your bank may charge for the transaction. Just so there are not any nasty surprises, we would be sad if you were not 100% happy with your purchase. We reserve the right to change any advertised price; although this doesn’t happen very often we do sometimes have to change the price of our products according to fluctuating material prices. Also we sometimes like to have promotions and giveaways to treat our customers from time to time. All products is subject to availability and sometimes we have to remove products from the website – especially in the run up to a new season’s launch to make room for new designs. If there was something you really loved and it is not in stock on the website, do not despair as there is still a chance it will be available via one of our stockists (Stockist Link). We will always be happy to point you in the right direction. If your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason, you will be offered an equally lovely alternative or given a full refund with our apologies.
Our Website Payments and Delivery
Payment can be made by PayPal, credit or debit card online. Rest assured we do everything within our power to keep your order and payment details secure. Payment will be debited to your account on dispatch of your order which is usually on the same day of ordering if it is made before 2pm.There are always the busy times (who doesn’t want presents at Christmas?).We will strive to get your orders in the post.
We will always let you know the last ordering dates for Christmas and will even gift-wrap it for you to save you time if you’d like us to!
All our products are handmade in our factory, so please allow 7 to 10 days before you receive your order. If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will notify you straight away.
We charge a set amount for your delivery, no matter how many items you order.
This includes postage, packing and insurance.The cost depends on the speed of delivery required.
UK Standard recorder delivery: FREE on orders over £75.00
UK Standard recorded delivery: £4.95 on orders under £75.00
Europe Standard recorded delivery: FREE on orders over £150.00
Europe Standard recorded delivery: £15.00 on orders under £150.00
Rest of World Standard recorded delivery: £20.00
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address or secure home delivery boxes at this time.

Your products will arrive in a discrete box, which has been tracked by the Royal Mail or by the courier service bringing it to you. Our Website Returns
We want you to be really pleased with your purchase so our products comes with a money back guarantee. We are happy for you to return any unwanted pieces within 7 days of the order being delivered for a refund or replacement. Please return the product as it was lovingly sent to you.
A returns form will be sent when you have filled in the Returns Form and sent to you by post, please note that we do not provide a free returns service unless the item is faulty.
Products that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.
